The calculator does not send income, filing status, or location to a server. Rate tables are static files. The arithmetic runs in the page.

There is no account, no email gate, and no cookie banner, because the calculator does not set a tracking cookie. Two things can be stored on this device, and only if you use them: the theme you pick, and any scenarios you save. Both use localStorage. Clearing site data removes them. A shared link puts the inputs in the URL. That URL is yours to copy or not.

Fonts are self-hosted. There is no analytics package attached to calculation inputs. Sponsored slots below the result are placeholders and do not receive your numbers.

If the site is later hosted with ordinary server logs, those logs can include the address of a page, including a query string if you shared a link that contains pay. Don’t put a link with your salary into a channel you don’t trust.
